PERSONAL PROJECT // LAST DAY OF FIRST GRADE

So here we are again. It's time for one of my favorite bi-yearly photo projects. It's the LAST DAY OF SCHOOL! Fletcher has been in San Francisco this week, so Greydon has slept in the "big bed" with me and I continue to wonder how a 7 year old can take up a king size bed. Since this time last year, G has grown almost 5 inches, learned to tie his own shoes, lost 6 teeth, joined the swim team and still hates getting up in the morning. He's excited for a summer with Mom, so I'm hoping to plan lots of fun activities and mini-trips. But most important to him is to play at the pool with his friends.

Meet the Dreazens

Little Jack woke up on the wrong side of the bed, but you'd never know it from the photos. Like any 18 month old, he wanted to do what he wanted to do. It took some time to build rapport, which meant taking time to play together in Meridian Hill Park. Baby Ella was so tiny and sweet. And then there was the sweetest dog, Charlie. She just got her summer haircut and was so well behaved. I wanted to take her home with me. I don't think Annie and Yochi would have minded!

Beware: If you bring your sweet, adorable dog to your photo session I might take them home with me. You have been warned!
