It’s that time of year again! I make a dessert, take pictures of it and show it off to you. I’m headed to Florida with some gal pals on Thursday, so it was fitting I make a KEY LIME PIE!!

As one climbs in age, the less certain foods agree with you, so I tried making a lactose free key lime pie. It looks dreadful. I looked at photos online to confirm I made it correctly, which I did. Holy geesh it’s gross looking. It’s so eggy and not creamy and smooth. But like most of my food it tastes a bit better than it looks, so I recommend you just look at the nice key limes. They’re really cute!
